Hydrated Magnesium Silicate is essentially a secondary mineral formed by the hydrothermal actions and regional metamorphism of magnesium rich rocks like dolomite, pyroxenite, amphibolite, serpentine, dunite and chlorite. The Magnesium Silicate is used as excellent filler and can withstand temperatures up to 1300 degree C. The Magnesium Silicate has low electrical and thermal conductivity. Hydrated Magnesium Silicate is found in three forms like fibrous, non-fibrous and massive.
